GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Introduction

Remember that by booking on our page you are already accepting the Terms and Conditions stated below, and consequently you are expected to respect these rules. You will also have to sign them at check-in on the day of your arrival.

Bookings

All rates are for complete tourist use homes. All rates for homes for tourist use include VAT at the current application and service rate.

It is required that there is at least one person over 18 years of age per reservation.

When you make a reservation through LACASADELATUERTA.ES, the rates that you see in the search results are the applicable rates. In the event of any unforeseen change or problem with your reservation, we will automatically contact you for your approval/instructions, before making a change to your reservation.

After making an online reservation, you will receive a confirmation email, which will also include the payment conditions, the cancellation policy, the address of the apartment, our telephone numbers, and information necessary to check-in.

Extras may be charged at the additional price such as the request for a cot, additional cleaning or change in breakfast conditions, always with prior notice to the client and acceptance on their part. These additional costs can be consulted in our booking engine.

Vouchers or gift cards

Prior reservation is essential, to enjoy the services included in the gift voucher, at +34 925 583 614, indicating the Gift Voucher number and the name of the holder or email with which the purchase was made.

The Gift Vouchers are subject to the availability of each establishment, being able to reserve the right not to accept the Gift Voucher for accommodation of one or two nights, on the dates in which the establishment requires a greater number of nights as a minimum stay.

Some accommodations and in high demand / occupancy seasons (weekends, holidays, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Easter and months of July and August) have limited availability of rooms for the use of Gift Vouchers, being able to reserve the right not to accept Gift Voucher reservations, for stays on these dates.

Valid for the specific services indicated in the Gift Voucher, in the accommodation specified for your enjoyment.

Displacements caused by the enjoyment of services outside the hotel are not included.

REMEMBER Each GIFT VOUCHER is a non-fractionable experience, that is, all the services it includes must be enjoyed by the beneficiary and the number of people described in it, on a single date, within 12 months after the purchase.

Gift Vouchers are a bearer document and LACASADELATUERTA.ES is not responsible for their loss or theft. Buy as many bonuses as experiences you want to give away or give yourself and happy well-being!

The Vouchers or Gift Voucher are not exchangeable for money in any case.

Breakfast is included in the Accommodation Gift Vouchers during your stay.

Expiration: 12 months from their issue date, we have temporarily extended the expiration date of the Gift Vouchers to 18 months, as an exceptional measure to adapt them to the prevention measures of the chain’s COVID-19 security protocols.

All the prices that appear in Gift Vouchers include the relevant VAT of 10% for Gift Vouchers with accommodation and 21% for Gift Vouchers with other services.

Possibility of adding to your gift voucher any additional service of restaurant, accommodation, spa, consult supplements.

Sales discounts or specific promotions such as Black Friday not combinable with other offers or discounts.

Payment

Payments can be made in cash or by credit/debit card (Visa or Mastercard) You can use your card in the reservation process of the houses for tourist use and as a guarantee of deposit in case you do not want to deposit the deposit in cash.

We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to entry.

Bank transfers are not accepted.

The establishment will charge 0% of the total amount of the reservation at the time of making it, the remaining 100% of the reservation will be charged 7 days before entry to the accommodation. The reservation must always be paid before arrival.

Payment Security

The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of the access controls. Likewise, the data on your credit card is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide credit card owners with greater security, we have incorporated the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) into our payment gateway. In this way, if you are the holder of a “secured” card, you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our
shop.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy may vary depending on the price structure you choose.

All cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.

Promotional reservations have a different cancellation policy.

General cancellation policy

The general cancellation policy for LA CASA DE LA TUERTA establishments is:

You can modify or cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date without charge by LA CASA DE LA TUERTA. After that period, LACASADELATUERTA.ES will charge 100% of the stay. The modification of the reservation is subject to the availability of the apartments.

In the case of the rest of the establishments, the following general cancellation policy applies:

Promotional rates are not refundable in the event of cancellation, nor do they admit modification.

“NO SHOW” – If you do not show up at the tourist property on the scheduled arrival date, without prior cancellation within the indicated period, the company reserves the right to make the charge corresponding to the cancellation conditions of your reservation.

Departures from the houses for tourist use before the end of the reservation

In the event that a guest decides to leave the house for tourist use before the day scheduled for “check-out”, THE remaining amount of the remaining nights WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Check in/check out

Arrival: The house for tourist use will be available from 2:00 p.m. If for any reason you arrive before this time, please notify LA CASA DE LA TUERTA and we will try to receive you in advance whenever possible.

Keep in mind that, for arrivals between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m., there is an additional cost of €20.00 that will be paid, together with your accommodation, to the person responsible for your reception. After 00:00 no tickets are made, except prior agreement with LA CASA DE LA TUERTA

Departure: Check-out is at 12:00 p.m., in case you want to leave later, check availability at the time of your arrival or before the date of your departure. Upon request, and as long as there is availability, you can stay in the apartment after paying the rate according to departure time.

Identification and number of guests

You must inform LA CASA DE LA TUERTA of the number of guests at the time of booking, as this circumstance will determine the type and rate of housing for tourist use.

The number of people per dwelling for tourist use cannot exceed the maximum allowed in each property (check this information in the file of the dwelling for tourist use chosen), except in the case of children under 3 years of age. Cots are available upon request.

Pets are not allowed in our homes for tourist use except where indicated.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the houses for tourist use, in case of detecting during the exit that the client has smoked, a fine of €90 would be applied.

At the time that any infraction of the aforementioned obligations is committed, LA CASA DE LA TUERTA, under its own criteria, will have the right to request the client to leave the house for tourist use and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.

Cleaning

The cleaning of the house for tourist use is carried out before the arrival of the client. For stays longer than six days, an additional cleaning will be done.

At the end of the stay, the client is obliged to leave the house for tourist use in a reasonable state: take out the garbage the night before, leave the kitchen without food scraps and clean utensils. Otherwise, the cost of an additional cleaning (€30.00) will be charged.

Extraordinary cleaning services are available on request and cost €30 during the week or €50 at the weekend.

Behavior

Loud music and parties are totally prohibited.

When reserving a home for tourist use, they should know that if there is any kind of scandal or music that is too loud and the neighbors complain and/or call the police, this type of event can lead to eviction. immediately no matter what time of day or night.

Rest hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. We appreciate your understanding and collaboration on this issue and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary for a coexistence based on respect.

We expect civic and correct behavior from you and from all the people who accompany you. If any of the guests does not behave appropriately and responsibly, LA CASA DE LA TUERTA reserves the right to ask the client and his companions to leave the apartment, without the right to future claims or any type of compensation. This will mean the loss of the remaining rent and the refundable security deposit.

Responsibilities

LA CASA DE LA TUERTA is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of misuse made by the client of the house for tourist use, including, without limitation, damage, loss due to fire, theft or behavior criminals. In case of any infraction of the previously mentioned obligations, LA CASA DE LA TUERTA, at its own discretion, will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment.
